Annaliza grew up in Orange County and lived there since she was 5 years old. She witnessed the county known for its destination attraction around the world grow into the third largest in California. She loves Southern California for its diversity, weather and environment. She attended the area schools in Tustin, Irvine and Santa Ana, and graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration. She worked in the areas of finance and accounting in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego counties. Her parents owned a real estate office and a mortgage broker company, where she worked in during college. She also worked in the hospitality industry as a local tour guide which later evolved to be a relocation consultant where she assisted families relocating in Orange County. She received much satisfaction in this work that decided to rekindle her interest in real estate by taking her real estate broker and mortgage license exam.

Ruud was born and raised in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and came to the U.S. for love. He met Annaliza on a trip and they remained close friends. He decided to make a jump across the pond and live in United States to marry his best friend. He studied and worked in the logistics industry prior to working in Real Estate. Through his multilingual abilities he was able to grow a consistent client base in multiple countries. He was able to thoroughly explore Southern California while working in Sales, and now is happy to spend time with people who wish to make their life permanent here in California as he did. Ruud has a Master’s degree in logistics management and has been able to hone his presentation and communication abilities through international sales, business development and management positions. He has been a active member of Toastmasters since 2005 and masters the skill of constant and clear communication with the ability to give straight answers.
